I found the rooms very clean. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast had considerable choice. The pool provided a good place for relaxation.
I found that the coffee maker access was a challenge. The choice of coffee was limited.

i found the staff kind and professional. they even surprised me with birthday treats.!! the restaurant team took great care of my food allergy and provided alternatives. there was so much attention and care.
the pool area had limited sun loungers. some loungers had towels on them all day with no one using them. there should be better enforcement of the no-reserving policy.

The staff was consistently helpful. The hotel has two pools. One is specifically designed for children. I appreciated that the kids club offered two hours of complimentary care. Michelle and Merlyn kept our child entertained. Cleaning was very attentive each morning.
This was noisy from 6 am. It was hard to sleep well. There were no proper blackout curtains in the room. This impacted sleep quality. The hotel did not seem to care about stray cats on the hotel.
